If this is your first hair test with me, you have two options. Either you can purchase items separately to spread the cost (see Initial Tests: Beginners) or buy a package which gives you a discounted rate (packages are listed in subsequent sections).

50 minute consultation – intro to MNB, discuss your goals, get your questions answered.
HTMA & Interpretation Report:

Full Care Programme & Support:
Full personalised programme, 1x 50 minute consultation, 1x 25 minute check in, light email support

These packages include more support than retests as you will need more support at the beginning.
Fast Track Package:
Get started faster with the programme with more time up front. Also great for people who eat a lot of processed food, those on restricted diets, or those who have complex health issues and need longer to chat.
Standard Package:
The standard programme that suits most people, particularly if you already mostly avoid junk food and have some knowledge of healthy eating.
Budget Package:
Best for people who already know a bit about nutrition and healthy lifestyles, as there is less ongoing support. Not for people who have a restricted diet or complex health issues.

I try to offer reasonable discounts on children’s packages because I believe in giving kids the best start in life. If you want to purchase for more than one child, ask me about an additional 20% discount on siblings.

Having the whole family on the programme makes it so much easier for kids to stick with it. With these packages, the first adult pays normal rate, and additional family members get a 20% discount.
