Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Physical Products Eligibility
Returns are accepted on physical products only where the items are:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In their original condition and packaging
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product has been opened, used, or is not in a resalable condition.
*Please note that where products are shipped directly from the supplier their returns policy supersedes this policy.
Return timeframe
Return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not cover return postage or shipping fees.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Refunds for physical products
Refunds can only be initiated once the returned goods have been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be initiated within 2 working days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for funds to appear in your bank account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
2. Digital Products
Refunds on digital products are offered only in cases where the product is contraindicated due to a medical condition. Refund requests must be made by email within 30 days of purchase. Requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. No refunds are offered on digital products for any other reason.
3. Services
We do not offer refunds on services, including consultations, appointments, or other service-based offerings, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
