This package has plenty of one to one support time to help you develop a good understanding of how you can leverage your DNA for optimal health and create new healthy habits that last. Ideal for people who eat a lot of processed food, those on restricted diets, or those who have complex health issues and need longer to chat.

This package includes everything you need to get started straight away and provides support for the first few months.

At your first consultation, we’ll review your health questionnaire, discuss your symptom patterns, review diet and lifestyle, and I’ll give you some tips to get started. We can discuss your goals and you can get all your questions answered.

You’ll post your saliva sample off to the lab and they’ll email the results directly to me. I’ll then review the results, complete your personalised report and care programme, and email these to you.

We’ll have another 50 minute consultation to discuss your results and personalised care programme with time for all your questions.

You’ll also have light email support to answer any quick questions you have, and we’ll have another 25 minute check in appointment for more in depth support.
