You can either combine your consultations into one long consultation together, or you can keep your consultations separate for a little extra privacy. At your first consultation, we’ll review your health questionnaire, discuss your symptom patterns, review diet and lifestyle, and cover some basics about MNB. We can discuss your goals and you can get all your questions answered.

You’ll post your hair samples off to the lab and they’ll email the results directly to me. I’ll then review the results, complete your interpretation reports and personalised care programmes, and email these to you, to separate email addresses if you prefer – just let me know.

We’ll have another 2½ hours of consultation time to discuss the whole family’s hair test results, interpretations, and personalised care programmes, with time for all your questions.

You’ll also be able to email me over the next few months with any quick questions you have, and we’ll have another 1¼ hour’s worth of check in appointments for more in depth support as you go through the programme.
