This package allows you to capitalise on your existing knowledge of healthy diet and lifestyle, thus reducing my time input in order to offer a more cost effective solution.

You’ll post your saliva sample off to the lab and they’ll email the results directly to me. I’ll then review the results, complete your personalised report and care programme, and email these to you.

During your 50 minute consultation we’ll need to move fast to cover your health questionnaire, diet and lifestyle, your DNA results, and personalised care programme. There may be limited time for questions, but you can always schedule another check in afterwards if you want extra time.
