This is the standard programme that suits most kids, particularly if they already mostly avoid junk food and you have some knowledge of healthy eating.

This package provides support throughout the first 3-4 months of mineral nutritional balancing.

At your first consultation, we’ll review your health questionnaire and I’ll give you some tips to get started. 

You’ll post your child’s hair sample off to the lab and they’ll email the results directly to me. I’ll then review the results, complete the interpretation report and personalised care programme, and email these to you.

We’ll have another 50 minute consultation to discuss the hair test results, interpretation, and personalised care programme, with time for all your questions.

You’ll also be able to email me over the next few months with any quick questions you have, and we’ll have another 25 minute check in appointment for more in depth support as you go through the programme.
